Just installed a SR3090 finisher and BU3060 bridge unit on an MPC4502 and keep getting an SC792 error code. I took the back cover off the finisher and reseated the connections on the main board of the finisher. Not sure what else to try. Thanks.
The machine sees the Bridge Unit, but it doesn't see the finisher. Could be a faulty harness from the finisher to the machine.
Or the finisher was plugged in before the copier was turned off, in which case, power cycling the copier may solve it. Or replace the finisher main board.
