I have yellow toner scatring problem , Dsc 460 , developer unit replaced ,developer , new opc ,problem still there .pls advise .

ALL replaced ,I think It is over tonning problem , no Rtb found .

Did you ever modify the pcu face plates Front, Rear the bearings ware out, maybe theres an unstable rotation between drum and development unit.
