My guess is some problem with the Black IU. It's a pretty simple machine.

I agree, looks like you have a drum & developer fault.
The black lines are caused by the drum & the other black marks are caused by the developer unit.

this normally happens to machines with more than 100.000 black copies, its a developer leak, you have to replace the Black Dev unit, check also the drum unit for a dirty charge roller...pull out the black pcu unit and look inside the machine, you should see the developer inside, and over the laser shutter, after replacement clean very well the inside of the machine, specially the laser shutter and the protection glass.....good luck!
