[CQ] Ricoh Aficio Color 5560 Shadows

Good day everyone. I would like to ask for help regarding a problem on my Ricoh Aficio Color 5560. Shadows tend to appear on the prints only and not on copies. Copies have no issues whatsoever.

Color registration problem. User Tool - Maintenance - Color Registration. If that doesn't correct the problem then follow line position adjustment procedures in service manual.
