Ricoh 3228c By pass paper misfeed problem

Hi,
When i try to print through by pass tray(even if it is a3,a4 paper plain or thick) when it runs in the midlle it stops.
The copier pulls in the half of the paper and then it stops.
What can i do?

Does the copier give an error message? Have you checked the logging data to see what the latest jam location is?

Registration clutch?

How it looks like and where is this clutch?

If you don't know how to find the registration clutch, there's only one option : "Call a tech!"

I've changed the registration clutch and by pass rollers and now is working.

Yes not trained.At least i try to fix something (if it's not to difficult) by myself before i call a tech.
