    RICOH MPC 2500 with unknown the cause

    First machine display "please wait"
    then we replace the HDD disk with new and formatted it and machine warming up and print well
    second we make print of test pattern it was well but when we make a copy of it the copy was shown as in following attachment we replaced the CDD but without any Interest.

    Did you scan the attachments on the machine you are having trouble with or on a machine at your office. If it was not on the machine you are having trouble with, I would say the IPU board.

      Do a memory clear on printer (just in case) and copier applications, then re-seat the memory DIMMs.

        NO, I scan with machine at my office not the machine which has the trouble.

            Two places the image can get corrupted. The HDD, you already replaced. The IPU board.

              Does this mean you replaced the CCD??? And if you did, was the SP data for the new CCD entered into the machine??? Each CCD is factory calibrated and has it's own data to enter into the machine.....

                I did some checking. This machine does not have an IPU. Image processing is done on BICU board.
