    Priport Ricohjp5000

    I am haven problems with Ricohjp5000 it's not pumping ink to the drum,it was working when the ink get finish and i change the ink fit in new one then it start to print very light and it is the same ink i am always using.i need help to solve this problem.THANKS IN ADVANCE.

          check the ink detector inside the drum
