Don't forget to Upload the data stored on the old nvram to a sd card with sp5-824 first and then put it onto the new one with sp5-825 when its been fitted.

Just go into Factory service mode SP5828-001 Total Counter Reset all.

BTW, this only works in Belgrade. Good luck with you ripping off the customer!

Tell your customer to F-off, resetting the counter is unethical; trying to pass off an older machine for something brand new.

Would you buy a 20 year old car with 000000 on the odometer?

Why does it matter? 0 would be the meter reading the machine has when they receive it.

They only reset the counter on remanufactured machines, green ones are just refurbished and the counter stays as before

Luckily, I work for a company that doesn't believe that the customer is always right, because they aren't. And we're doing very well, thank you.....
