Whatever is supposed to be cleaning the drum...brush, cleaning blade, etc. is worn out. Basically the cleaning device is letting the toner slide under it, thus abrading the surface of the drum on each revolution of the drum and dragging the toner particles across the drum surface!

      Check your cleaning unit!

        Thx ,for fast replies.
I also thought that the problem was in cl. units but I have replaced all PM parts and still have the same problem. Maybe I should try to replace whole cl.unit as assy.

Make sure the drum cleaning units are in good condition, replace worn drums and powder/dust them whenever you work in the drum area.

Those drums are prone to wear/damage through lack of lubrication.
