Usually a paper jam indication with no paper jammed in the machine is dust build on the feed roller. Roller spins on the paper but gets no grip.

Remember when there is an extra cassette under, this cassette is blocking so you can't remove the leftmost lower plastic handle at the right side of the PSU, only if you get angry enough....

I have done a couple of tonerhopper replacements on these 305'er and it's really an ok job, approx 2 hours, but with nice customers and coffee it's not hard, but a lot of screws.

              Hi

Not silly at all, it's a variant of an Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray, can bring new life into some electrical clutches.

In the old days for mechanical TV tuners, tuner cleaner usually had a little more pressure than normal contact cleaner and had an extention tube the had holes on the sides. You could insert the tube into one of the ventilation holes of the tuner and clean the entire inside. Hence tuner cleaner.
