[CQ] MP C5502 Printing B/W Copies when Color is Slected

I have a a C5502 that just started printing color copies even though the color was selected. I was there the day prior to this call and had replaced the Entrance Sensor and the next day they called in for this issue. I haven't seen the issue yet but was hoping someone else has run into this. Another tech experienced something similar and was told the interlock resolved it. Anyone have any input on this. Much appreciated group.

My mistake. Its not producing color copies. Only printing B/W whether you select color or b/w.

Is the User Authentication enabled on the copier?

Have you tried an OUTPUT check on the ITB contact motor?

If it's only happening when they copy and not print, check to make sure someone didn't monkey around with the 'Adjust Color Image' in User Tools. It's possible to tweak the Color and A.C.S. sensitivity to erase all of the colors except black.
If the ITB wasn't camming up then you would get a SC error during process control.

If it's an PDF-file they are printing, try updating the PDF reader, sometimes PDF-files have some sort of headings that overwrite driver settings.
