    Mpc3500 yellow background

Ok changed three drum developer units and still get yellow all over page. Is this a bad transfer roller in the transfer belt unit?

If it's a bad Transfer Roller there would be no yellow on the prints. Looks like a drum charge problem.

Just install a new yellow pcu, and check remaining day counter of rest of the pcu's and change if zero.
Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

If you're rebuilding your own PCU's check that the drum charge roller assembly is fully in it's home position, and that the metal electrode contact pins are not bent away from the charge roller....

I agree, with yellow all over the prints it's a bad charge to the yellow PCU. Strip and inspect the metal strip connector thingy on the end or just put a new PCU in it.
