    Thanks for this Post, Eric.

I pray you get to read this post as I am replying to your post of almost a decade ago.

I have the same issue presently on my Ricoh Aficio MP C4000 and opt to follow your prescribed steps.
Everything went well until I got to "Line Adjustment C SP2-111-3" - which FAILED again.

Please what do I do to have it completed successfully like the previous ones?

    Thanks.

This one is dead and buried.

Why is everyone so against the raising of old threads, surely if someone has tried everything suggested in an older thread they are better off posting on the old post, that way you won't get repeated suggestions like you would with a new thread.
I get it when someone offers a suggestion to fix a problem that was posted about a long time ago, but by posting on an old thread it shows that someone has already done some research prior to posting

Totally agree - I wouldn't really expect new input or insights from a new thread.

If the "rough" ACC failed even after multiple attempts you probably have to approach this issue hardware-wise, like checking PM parts, ACC/MUSIC sensors etc. Color density might have become faded while the transfer belt surface probably look look dull insteat of nice and glossy ->> ACC sensors can't do the job.

Sometimes it helps to revive the devs with some "force toner" cycles via SP before cleaning the MUSIC sensors - but don't expect this to be a long lasting solution^^

I have never had this problem combined with this solution, (good to know) ... I would have bet on one of the hard pcu to run, slightly overloaded
