    [Misc] MPC5002 Fusing Sleeve Failed

Got a MPC5502 with a fuser sleeve that appears to have melted & peeling away, it's almost turned sticky! not near it's PM life, m/c is only 6 months old too.I've ordered D144 4046 I believe this is the latest p/n I'm hoping this version has been modified?

Have seen the same many times, suspect poor manufacture / possibly customer not using correct settings for type of media used.

Has anyone had the later p/n version fail early?

The latest part numbers are much better, but make sure you update firmware before replacing, lots of fuser settings in the updates.
