How did you reset the count? It has to be done in PM reset, SP7-804-005, then you need to reboot the machine to clear the message

The SP in the manual is wrong, use the one I said in my previous post, but remember, the message won't go until you reboot

On this model you will also have to reset SP 7806-008. I had the same problem the first time I replaced one. Had to call tech support. I did check and it is in the lastest version of the Service Manual on TSRC.Ricoh-usa.com. I don't know if the manual has been updated in Europe.

My experience is that both have to be reset and then reboot.

Strange, I have only ever reset SP7-804-005 and had no problems, except for the first time I replaced one, when, like everyone else, I followed what it said in the service manual. I haven't checked if it has been amended in the latest version of the manual as I no longer have to look up how to reset it

slimbob is right you have to reset the pm count for the web and the usually web end.

I think i just always do the 1092-001 set to 0, then do the PM 7804 clear for web then reboot and it goes away for me.

Counsel is correct, you have to reset 'web consumption' to '0'.

It's actually SP1902, not 1092, and I've never had to do that. Sometimes the near end message clears without me even having to reboot.

I always reset SP7806-008 and SP7804-005 and reboot. Never had an issue.
Strange there appears to be several different methods
