Done it. Thank you . The code is still 326.If i manualy move the values of the laser to minus 10 and more it appears 322.Seems that i must change the laser sync board. So, do you know if the laser sync board is suitable from a 1035 to an 2035 ?

Try using input checks SP5803 to check the status of all the cover, door switches, and jam sensors. You could have a harness problem going to one of the switches or sensors.

OK. I resume.I have changed the laser sync unit. The laser values LD1, LD2 , etc, were after the memory clear at -10 and - 45.I have changed them to + 50 and i have manage to make a satisfying copy, but the machine enter again in J001. Also the values for ID sensor are Vsg=0,..... all =0. I will try to change the ID sensor and i ll come back.

It sounds like you may have a pinched or bridged connection... i would change out the DC controller!!!
            Goodluck!! Rickybobby

A common fault of these is the door switches, also there is a small board behind the bicu board check the connections going into it,

I have solve the problem. I have performed a memory clear. The jam was gone, but the copier has entered in C326. I have replaced the laser sync board, i have restore all the copier settings, developer init,ID initialisation, laser LD 2103 with 1,2,3,4-manualy (it worked on 55 or 60), performed 2109 with 8 -3-4, network connections restored, and all OK.
The problem I am sure was from a cluth from 1 st drawer, because this morning when i have restart the copier the situation was repeated, means jam, 326, etc. I have suspended the first drawer, and work with the others, but on the screen the first drawer appear as existent.I have disconect it ,and repeated the up mentioned steps, and everything OK.
Any way it is prooved that the fake misfeed, is disappear after a memory clearance. It is a lot ow work to remake the settings of the copier but its working.
                Thank you all.

                      Careful!
                      This could return!
To be Sure you need to jam the machine again (!) and then try to clear!
I had a VERY Similar problem Years ago.. one of the guys changed the door Switches (set of 4?) above the fuser. The Machine was fine for two weeks then it jammed and the customer couldn't clear the misfeed. The same engineer attended, with no joy. I found he had relinked the laser safety switches in the wrong sequence. This let the machine run with no problem until the Jam.

You need to look at the point to point and follow the circuit VERY Carefully! As I recall they are wired from the Power Supply and must be in an EXACT sequence.

Clearing the NVRAM Would reset the code but not fix the cause!
