It's hard to tell from the picture I attached but the lines look like it's originating from a bad drum. I did change the drum and blade and checked the fuser cleaned the laser lens etc... nothing phased it... Any Ideas would be a great help. Probably something simple I didn't catch... Attachment is printout of the copy counter

Re: Ricoh Aficio 2027 Lines
If the fuser and drum are good, and this is actually a copy and print problem and not the old 'bent scanner' issue that causes lines on copies only, then I'm leaning toward a board problem. BICU maybe? -

Did you clean, or replace, the charge roller when you replaced the drum, the spacing of the marks looks like contaminated charge roller to meThere are 10 types of people in this world, those who understand binary maths and those who don'tComment

Didn't change the charge roller, I just clean it real good and let it dry. This sure could be the problem... (I usually don't change charge rollers, up until maby now this hasn't been a problem)Comment

That's definitely the cause. I misread the original post and assumed you'd replaced the entire PCU. I wouldn't consider rebuilding or using aftermarket PCU's- been there, done that, and it's not even close to being worth any of the presumed savingsComment
