Despite owning the Just Manuals for this machine, we don't show this code. Lovely. Any help out there, please?

You'll need to be just a teeny bit more specific. Maybe you could tell us what manufacturer, what model, what code, ... that sort of thing.
If you want help that is.

I'm not feeling particularly psychic today. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry, the title was supposed to read "Ricoh Aficio 2060 SC 552" This is indicative of what kind of week I have had--again, sorry. Just shows I need to proofread posts! Any help would be much appreciated. Do not understand why it is not in the "manual" i downloaded from Just Manuals.

It's on page 4-54(492) of the Manual...

        Fusing thermistor error 2

        Fusing lamp disconnected
        Thermistor bent, damaged
        Thermistor position incorrect

I don't have the manual for that particular model, but I looked in three other model manuals, and they all said the same thing: SC552 Pressure roller thermistor error.

I haven't seen your copy of the manual, but before you get too excited, be sure that you've checked the section of Troubleshooting > Error Conditions > Description. =^..^=

              The manual I have includes 1060 (B064)/2060 (B140)....among others
The code doesn't exist in the 1060.
I would suggest you're not looking at the correct (B140) SC table.

You might find it helpful to have a copy of Goose's Guide. I think there might be a copy download in at least one thread. Just try searching CTN. The latest release was April 2013.

Enter Service Mode and open copier doors.
Restart machine and see if it is ok.
                          If not,i would change thermistors.

The current version of the manual includes all the way up to the D052 series - MP 6000, 7000, and 8000. The D062 series - MP 6001, 7001, 8001, and 9001 are a separate manual.
