Transfer Roller Leak Error.

Check the Transfer Roller and all High Voltage contacts. Could also be a defective High Voltage Board.

With a defective HV-Board, doing PM doesn't solve the problem.

Make sure that the shutter on the pcu has not been jarred out of place. It should be fully closed with the right side door open. I have had plenty of these shutters mechanisms get knocked out of phase with the gear or just broken. I usually just remove the shutter altogether and warn the customer about touching the drum surface when clearing jams. Has not been a problem for me.

I have had the gears on the end of the shutter chip a tooth and cause this SC with this model.

Yeah sorry about that, I was thinking MP4000-Mp5000, the waste toner builds up in the transfer area if the machine goes much over PM time on those.
