Mpc4500 Mac printing?

Anyone know of a way to print to an mpc4500 from a Mac without ps card installed?

Nothing reliable. If a customer can afford the Mac hardware, they can afford a PostScript card.

Gutenprint is an option, but don't expect a stable environment...

I've used Gutenprint, too.

Highly NOT recommended. Chances are almost 100% that you will get bitten somewhere down the line.

Speed, color, images, fonts, user codes, you name it, are ALL potential problems.

Even when the customer says they understand the risks, they won't when problems arise. Then it becomes YOUR problem.

Some Apple OS's have an available generic PCL print driver installed. It works but no color.
