In first I use new laptop :
when i installed mp 1600 machine with this new laptop i send order then machine worm up and LCD display waiting but nothing of document get out from the printer.
with my greetings.

first vacuum interface unite carefully and take off ram and clean it very good .it's happened to me many times

2nd: pcl5 and pcl6 printer driver
3rd:windows 7 operating system
4th:word document using office 2007

Try to connect the machine with a network cable. How long is the USB-cable. Long USB-cables can also cause problems.

I tried to connect the machine via network but also on response
but when i connected this machine to another PC using win. XP as op. system machine worked fine.
