First I have used merging application to install (printer / scanner option ) I do as sequence maintained in manual (Printer/Scanner Unit Type 3030, Printer Unit Type). 3030.
then machine worked well printer and scanner but there is message displayed on LCD tell us:
*cannot install this software
*this software has already been installed on another machine
all I want is to disable this message just.

You mentioned that you used merging. Merging usually means that the option(s) on one SD card have been moved to another SD card using SP 5873-001. The original SD card is then removed. If it is not removed you will get this message when the 3030 detects a SD card that does not have an option on it nor does it have a firmware update on it. The same message will come up if you try to used a SD card that has already been merged on another machine.

The original SD card has removed and the message still displayed.
