hi fellas i have thread make me beast off toner cartridge cyan and magenta it's revealed set it correctly .and i cleaned ships good any any suggestion please help.

I do not work on this model, but usually when a color machine indicates that a toner bottle is not seated properly, it is a defective toner bottle.
