Spc 430 dn printer very light black print out. Colour 300 and black 100 prints only.
Replaced with another new PCU still the same. Black toner pump ok.

Machine also not performing colour registration.

"Black toner pump ok." What do you mean by this? Did you do a toner motor test for K? It sounds to me like it is not supplying toner, most probably because the toner coiled has turned up on itself and therefore not supplying toner anymore.

We had huge problems with the toner supply coils - so much so we got a local engineering company to make metal replacements, and these seemed to, in most cases, solve the problem.

+1 Polarbear....replace the pump.
A lot of us have had nothing but issues with this machine and failing augers.

Can anyone tell me if the SPC431 was any better reliability wise, or was it just a controller upgrade?
