    [Misc] sp420dn

    hi fellas i have some headache in this printer.it's in guarantee .cyan unit was bad i change it.but when i look at picture cyan color very strong. make changes in picture color. there is some clue

      Did u Check TD and ID sensor?try to print like 20 or 30 pages full cyan and initialize developer, see if will hold this new amount of toner, if back overtoning change PCU and reinitialize developer.

        I do believe you can change the manual gamma settings for just the cyan to tone it down cause it is stronger than yellow and magenta since you just changed it.
        Or access service mode and tone up magenta and yellow and then perform engine color calibration.

          Not uncommon for toner hoppers augers(doesn't really have a pump as such) to foul up and not drive toner to the pcu.
          good luck changing one of those... lots of fun
