[CQ] MPC305SPF Dirty 2nd side copies/Prints

Hi I've got a MPC 305 giving me grief & dirty copies prints on 2nd side only,all prints (smc) etc have a smudge/cloud effect.The black pcu,fuser,transfer roller,2x complete transfer belt units have all been changed-still no good.Tech support suggested nvram clear(back up 1st!!) and the HV boards,did that still the same,tried a main board-no,any ideas

What sort of coverage is this thing doing? Could be residual toner from the first side is hanging around on the belt and moving onto the transfer roller between sheets passing.

Hi there!
Take a close look on the HV-contacts for the ITB-unit. These are flimsy spring/wire-assemblies. If they are a little bit bend, you have quality problems.

Tech spec went in spend a couple of hours,still the same,went to a nearby customer,borrowed 2 reams of paper to test instead of customers paper-problem gone!!.
Take the crap paper back to our office and try it in the showroom 305-same problem,just goes to show the simplest answers are staring you in the face!!-Doh!
