[CQ] Pro C5100 - 1st side magnification issue

Hi,
Have a Pro C5100, adjusting the second side magnification is easy BUT can you adjust the first side magnification?? The customer is printing a 420mm wide rectangle on an SRA3 page but its coming out 418.5mm. Is it possible to alter the magnification for first side of a print?

Hi Starion,
The simple answer is yes. I assume this is happening on a particular stock that is suffering heat shrink. In this case there is the option to alter the setting for this paper in the paper library and once you have the correct amount of magnification set for this stock, save this into the custom library, and then make sure you back that up.
