I have qustion with pro c900, what the cost per print on B4 size, the customer he want perchase one and his work print on thik paper like cover books, my qustion what is the running cost $ if i calculate only price the toner, other consumable , without cost of the paper, with know the cover toner on the cover books is standard just likes every book B4.

If you check the product support guide (PSG), the yield for the toner is given based on %5 coverage on A3 paper. From that you should be able to calculate the toner cost for the size and average coverage of the customer.
The PSG also gives you the recommended replacement cycle for the drums, developer, and maintenance parts. These should be taken into account when determining cost per print.
