My guess would be either a dirty laser shield glass or a dirty doctor blade.

well when I thought about it, I disagree slimslob. The counter page by default prints from tray 1 long edge feed. So since the drum and transfer were replaced, I would consider some issue with drum drive or transfer drive. Either way I would inspect what has been replaced, since there is no comment stating this happened after service or was going on before service. And is the blur on lead edge or trail edge?????? My $0.02 worth.....

There is a clip on entrance guide on the transfer belt assembly, these often get worn and can get a sharp edge on that the lead edge of the paper hits causing the paper to stall. Check this. worth a shot.

              Using Google translator:

Before replacing any parts, I esperimentaria polish the cylinder with Zinc Stearate ..
Get some machines that copy comes out with this default, is usually moisture.

              Can someone translate!

i would also guess on the drum drive its either the belt drive is worn out or a toner cake on the drive gear or the drive of transfer gear a teeth possibly broken. best of Luck Sir.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

seen something very similar to that a couple times, where toner on the drum drive gears caused it to mess up the image like that. we cleaned up the gears and the problem went away.
