[Dead] Ricoh Aficio MPC 2551 No Power

Customer said their was a horrible grinding noise coming from fuser area. They reached down to turn the copier off then on and it would not turn on. I tested the switch up to the 1st power board before the power supply. Thinking it is the switch safety feature but don't know. Totally lost here... Any help would be great.

Well, maybe they're related - did you check the fuser area for any shorted lamps or connections? Maybe it wasted the PSU...
