    Make sure all sensors which detect drum and/or master position are clean. These will get completely covered with paper dust.
    Don't take that toner with me!

      try to clean sir the machine, from the development unit to your drive gears perhaps toner clagging is the problem... replace bushing if it does.... clean clean... clean.....
      fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

        IMAGINEMOKO FYI PRIPORT hq 7000 IS NOT A COPIER but a digital duplicator. It has no imaging or dev. unit. Copy process also is different.
        The best way to repair a copyprinter is to clean all the sensors related to the part or problem you encountered. And Most of all you have to learn how to use the output and input check..
        Nobody is perfect..
