MPC2800 scan memory ?

HI,

Customer called saying that he could not make a scan !
When he tries the display gives an error saying that there is unsufficient memory for using the scanner . .
Is there an option for clearing the (scan) memory on this one ?

make sure your compression is max out and divide and send is off aswell I default all my junk to 300 dpi and text line multipage pdf

Are you scanning to email? If so, disable the max file size and split settings in User Tools. Also, make sure their IT have a reasonable max file size limit on the server either increased or disabled for the copier; the scan files can get really large really easily.
