Sorry, but you're not going to get firmware on an SD card just magically appearing. Register on TSRC or my-ricoh, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY. Everyone else that isn't Ricoh direct has to, what makes you think you're the exception?
On a less serious note, why are you after the firmware? Is it to fix a specific fault?
Would you mind emailing me a copy of the updated firmware for that machine?

You still have not answered the question as to why you think you need firmware. We are here to provide advice to other techs who have come up against a problem they haven't seen before. We do not provide manuals or firmware. You have been asked to tell us why you think you need firmware in order that we can determine if you might only need advice on how to correct the problem with firmware.

And what firmware are we talking about? Engine, System/Copy, Printer, Scanner, Network Support, Fax, PDF, .......

Let me explain something here. I'm in this business since 1993. For every new model I have to take an exam. I must have an account to download manuals, firmware, get technical support, etc. This costs money (for my boss) and time (for myself). There are a lot of techs here who really helped me out, and if they're asking me for firmware, manuals, or whatever, I'll send it to them the very next minute. Because these guys (and gals) know what they're talking about.
You're asking to email the latest firmware. Well, you can't use email to send all firmware because the amount of data is too big. So I think you really don't know what you're talking about.
OK I'll send it, send me an SD card to fill and I'll send it back loaded.
You need Canon IR5000 firmware, right?

He needs firmware for the Ricoh MP C5000. Remember that this is the Ricoh Department here. The manufacturer which produces the best machines of all.
I think anothertech was being sarcastic. Actually, I think a large portion of this thread has turned into sarcasm. I mean what else can you do with these gimme gimme gimme people but either get sarcastic or rant and rave.

If you've never tried the "Ignore list", it works pretty well for something like this. At least that's what I did after I remembered I have already given this poster a red card for being a nonsensical dumbass in the past.
