    RICOH MP 2851

Setting up a Richo MP 2851. I am locked out of certain functions. I can not change the ip address, "log in" or change several other functions. It tells me I am not authorized. I work mainly on Konica Minolta. Is there a master password on these machines?

"admin" and blank password, if that dont work then

Log in with Supervisor and leave the password blank.

Supervisor can do one thing. Change the admin login credentials.

What you describe here could be quite different depending if you are going through the Web Image Monitor or accessing settings through the USER TOOLS standing at the MFP, which does not require a log in by default like the Web Image Monitor does. If you are getting restricted prompts at the MFP "it tells me I am not authorized". This sounds like you are going through the USER TOOLS, and indicates someone has protected some of the administrator settings.
