i already change hot roller thermistor and F/Belt thermistor , after print few copy sc565 error code come out again , someone can help , urgent ! Thank You and appraciate .

Check the thermostats. Open pressure roller thermostat will give this type of error.

This series of machine sometimes gets to a point where the only solution is a new complete fusing unit. There is no explanation for it, but if you search the site, you will see this remark elsewhere also.

All the parts + labour ends up costing more than the new fuser anyway! Not to mention the angry customer!

I had the same exact issue.What i did is this : i replaced everything on the fusing unit.Thermistors, hot roller,the belt ,the main jack of the fuser ... Everything.After a few minutes sc 565 appears.So as the previous member said i think that the only solution is replacing the fusing unit.Of course i tried one other fusing unit from another machine and the code didn't appear.I lost many days so just change the hole unit

Check the thermo fuse under the pressure roller. and also by swapping fusers from another machine will cure fault

I had the same problem with error code sc565, I have interchange the entire fusion group with others 2 used group with the same result.

So I tried many changes inside the temperature values, but nothing...... till I tried to make the ricoh, not in stand-by, but stand-off (service manual explain the difference at page 820) and it works...... (stand-off after 5 min).

Anyones else tried to do it???

open thermostats, can take several sc . Check all first ! Otherwise , move away thermistor slowly fusing Belt. I guess problem is sponge roller damage and it havent tension with Belt correctly.
