Did this copier work after the refurb was complete, or did it die shortly after getting to the customer site? All your errors point to a 24V problem.
The SC 503 and SC504 indicate a Tray 3 & Tray 4 lift motor problem on your Paper Tray Unit (B546).
Have you tried removing the copier from the Paper Tray Unit(and setting it on a cabinet) to see if the errors will go away. It sounds suspiciously like a pin on a connector is bent and shorting 24V to ground.
Because you have the mechanical total counter errors SC901 & SC902, and a scanner home position error (SC122) I would look at potential 24V problems in these areas first. (After removing the Paper Tray Unit first - that gets rid of a lot of circuitry real quick).Comment

I will go back in the morning and swop the mechanical counters, it seems to happen in the morning to, which could be a dry joint. i will try disconnecting the base as you said, all the codes seem to happen simutaneously so i think somthing is on the 24v going bad, thanks for your input.Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essentialComment
