USB flash memory devices and SD cards are supported for direct printing. However, certain types of USB flash memory devices and SD cards cannot be used. For details, contact your sales or service representative.
Have to contact Ricoh or your sales or service representative.

I believe that there is a size limit for memory devices that can be use. Try staying with 4GB or smaller. Also, you can only print certain file types; JPEG, TIFF and PDF. You can only have one memory device installed at a time.

These machines are touchy as all get out when it comes to jump drives.

Pretty sure it can only be formatted as FAT, and not FAT 32.

Not to mention that some brands just flat out don't work no matter what you do with them.

SD cards supported up to 2GB

No size limit documneted on USB drives, though they must be formatted FAT or FAT 32 only. They cannot have any form of encryption or security insatlled and must plug directly into the MFd's USB port (no fly leads).
