[CQ] MP C5502 with dirty background when printing A3

I got a customer with a MP C5502 who get dirty background on the trailing half of the page when printing A3.
It seems like the paper are touching the fusing entrance guide so that it smudges the toner.
There is no problems with A4 paper.

I tried to change the fuser motor but the problem disapered again.

    Any experience with this?

I am having a similar problem with a MP c4502, I swapped out the fuser, and the paper, it goes away for awhile and then comes back. The smudge is right where the paper reaches the fuser, and is leaving the transfer belt roller area. Has someone fixed this problem?

Is a known problem. SP 1-801-072 (Motor Speed Adjustment Fusing: High) from -0,6 set to --> +0,8 or +1,0, then update the firmware. Check also printing test pattern: SP2-109 no. 14 triming area to all the trays which is all in order.
