    Savin 9925DP SC320 error

Have a machine installed new drum ricoh type 251 unit, give error sc320

put back old unit and same error. Goes thru a cycle comes to ready, when making copie makes a noise, afterwards copy comes out blank and throws code on the first copy. apparently wasn't making problem before installing new unit.

Here is how it went, i installed new unit, went through the cycle for the new unit, came to ready made copy and made double image, remove unit check blade and made sure charge roller was making contact, rotated mag roller afterwards the problem came as describe above. Any advice, what is the cross refrence for ricoh model.

The part # is G0201942. If you do not have a dealer that you can call up and order one from, Precision Roller has them, but they are pricey-300.00.

Most dealers can get them quite a bit cheaper than that.

There should be someone on the forum that can sell you one.

I would also check and make sure that there isn't any toner leaks...

hodgie podgie, why dump the ricoh? they seem to perform better than the sharp and kyoceras I have worked on. I see older ricoh duplexers that never get the rubber cleaned and they still don't jam. Try that with a older sharp or Kyocera!
