Printing Multiple Copies alternates between horizontal and vertical

Hi,


I have a Ricoh Pro 907EX. Whenever someone prints multiple copies, it alternates printing horizontally and vertically. So one set horizontal, the next set vertical, etc. Is there any way to turn this off? I have people complaining about it. I looked at the copier settings and couldn't find anything.

turn off the rotate sort button? does it have a finisher?

Are you using Fiery?if not, what driver did you used?PCL, PS?what kind of finisher are you using?that's option in pcl universal driver that make group turned,if you are using other driver search for this option at finishing settings.

As stated, there are a lot of variables to consider. I found this attachment that may (or not) be if use.

Thanks for the help. There are two finishers it looks like. One for the upper tray which does the alternating horizontal and vertical with the second tray doing shifting of the papers. I gave them the options and they're fine with using the second tray instead of the upper tray. I just had no idea where to look for this.
