SC 402-52 is Development gamma calculation error: Insufficient data (C). Try cleaning the ID sensor and then run manual process control. Since you have tried multiple forced toner, you have probably over toned the Cyan development unit, i.e. the SC 401 Development Gamma Low Error (C). If I remember correctly, development gamma is inversely proportional to toner concentration. If that is the case, replacing the developer is the only recovery. replace the developer, not the development unit unless the PM counter for the unit is near 100%.

No. Try cleaning ID Sensors and run Process Control. Reboot copier. If SC code returns you will have to replace the developer as Slimslob suggested.

You asked a question, you got an answer, probably not the answer you wanted, but there it is! If you want to clear the code without spending money I suggest you reset the NVRAM, but please don't come asking how to fix it when you f**k up the machine.
I am probably feeling particularly impatient and grumpy today, but sorry, don't bother asking a question if you don't want to take the advice given

If you are an end user, hire a trained and qualified tech. If you think you are a tech, get proper training and documentation. Any model name that starts with Pro is a production machine. It is designed for high usage and proper regular servicing by an experienced tech with the correct documentation on hand when he/she works on the machine.
