They have settled down still runs dirty but reliable if FW updated and mod parts fitted

I had one where the paddle on the back of the waste toner bottle was broken by the customer and them backed up through the system taking out all four drum units a cleaning spiral and the black toner hopper.wonderful job NOT!!

Had the same problem check waste toner bottle flag on service calls!

Had exact same on an mpc3003 recently. Waste bottle flag nowhere to be found. Machine sounded like a chain saw. When we removed the waste bottle, the bladder was swollen outside of the bottle frame it was so full of waste toner!
