Ricoh MPC 4500 Does not load the black toner

Hello I try putting toner in a ricoh mpc 4500 black but it does not accept it. Can anyone tell me why.

Yeah, it needs a toner pump.

Change SP 3045 [Toner End Detection Set] from 0 to 1. If the machine then functions correctly and maintains correct toner level, either the RFID chip on the cartridge is defective or the RFID board in the back of the machine is defective and the machine cannot read/write the toner level to the RFID chip.

If it doesn't attempt to load toner, then a cover is not fully closed, usually lower right one. If it does try to load, then it's probably the pump

Had this issue last week with yellow - no toner - new pump - OK (for 3 days)
No yellow toner - developer-clutch (yellow) gone - new clutch -OK

Because the chemical composition of the toner is wrong and it would damage the machine if it was used.
Or something else.
We can't help you efficiently unless you give us enough information. Try harder, please.
