That sounds a bit risky, are you sure its the real McCoy and not a refilled cartridge?

Has new drums and developer powder for all colors using oem toner.

Dev powder?
So just restarted the original devs?
What's the count on all the devs?
Have they been changed lately?
Only good for around 500k.

Do the bottles or the boxes they come in say OEM toner for (Make and model) or do they say "Genuine Ricoh"? If they are from EBAY and do not say Genuine Ricoh, they are third party after market products. OEM is not required to mean that it is mad by the OEM of the equipment that you are putting it in, only that they do manufacture some type of equipment, possible the equipment used to produce the toner.

I had a similar problem to this earlier this year. One of the strong, oval, springs that puts pressure on the transfer/separation roller (inside the trans/sep unit) was out of position, I can only assume that when the unit was rebuilt by a previous tech, the spring didn't sit in the correct position at one end, but was still providing pressure, but over time it slipped and no longer gave pressure at one end

yes toner is genuine ricoh for the mp c4500.

looking at color wheel for copier the cyan is common between blue and green square on my test target. When looking at transfer assy the other color that makes the blue and green were on transfer assy. So i think it is in cyan area possibly devlp clutch. Pickup copier Thursday to bring back to office will let everybody know what i found.

Hi Everybody Stop transfer assy and you could see problem on transfer assy. All ready put in new drums and devlp powder. Also had a spear mp C3500 put everything in it works just fine. So decide maybe laser assy. then had a sc221 code come up. Put laser in other copier woks fine so i installed pcu assy and transfer assy and makes a good copy. Thought i was in good shape started testing copy/print/ fax /scan. Now have problem with scan to folder not working. So i swap network assy with one that came from location and doing same thing. saying transmission fail. I have check all my settings and i tried another copier with same settings and works fine. 2 steps forward one step back.
