[CQ] White banding (horizontal) on Ricoh MPC3003

I have a MPC3003 with white horizontal banding, only in black. First visit : replaced dev box ==> after 2 weeks, same problem, then i replaced PCDU. 1 month later : same problem.... Any ideas?

These models are plagued by faulty ITB cleaning units and drum wax bars. We had cleaning units overfill and spill, and the wax bar in the drum units break apart and deposit into the devs.

have you checked Sir if you had toner stone on black toner cartrigde?

Hi Ruben, thanks for your reply. Today i went to the customer, changed PCU, dev box, vacuum cleaned toner supply+ placed new toner bottle. Adjusted spring tension on drum wax bar. Thanks for the tip about itb cleaning.
