    Its been awhile but I remember having that issue with the #1 tray and it seems it was the upper relay clutch, the one just before the reg. I think it only shows up from the first tray because of the timing.

      Apart from duplex clutch everything is motor driven.
      Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
