If the jam code is 001, it might be a firmware problem. As the MP C305SPF comes out of Sleep Mode it sees the paper in the feeder, forgets that is why it came out of Sleep Mode and thinks Jam on power up.

It looks like that is the issue...
What is the procedure? I dont see any firmware update to solve the problem

Try just re-flashing with the latest firmware. Even if a module is already at the current level, redo it as well.

Zeldaman, what do you mean about "sleep-timer on"?? The sleep time mode is always on... we just may adjust the range of 30 sec in to 60 min...
The problem is when the customer put a document in the feeder when the device is in standby.
