if copies are darken in copy mode will the results be the same in print mode??? if not how are they darken in print mode???

You have MP3500 that has copy lighter than it's print?
Developer is worn out.

Gears,springs,clutches,sliders,connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?
