I was wondering if I can just replace the charge roller assembly that's on the drum unit and if so does anyone have the part number? Also if I have to replace the drums can I modify a black drum to make it work for the colors too? I have a small church that had one donated and was trying to help them out if possible but don't want it to end up being more trouble down the road. Thanks

Re: Savin c2525
Use the new B224-2042 BK drums, remove the pin from the connector and file the corner slightly so it matches the connector in the machine (if replacing colour).
If the machine still has the older B223 drums you will need to throw away the front face and drum stay, and use the new ones that come with the B224. Don't replace the charge roller with an after market one, it isn't worth it.
You can clean the charge rollers, but they might not last long. Sometimes they do, sometimes not. -
