Printing Issue

when i sent test page from Postscript driver, job is auotmatically reset. I have 3 machines and all machines have same fault but one by one not at the same time.

What model machines do you have? Do they have the postscript option installed?

machine model aficio 2090 and postscript is installed but when we sent print job on the machine job become reset. These machines were working fine but suddenly when we sent printing job that is automatically reset.

This can happen if: 1.User Codes are use, 2.User authentication is required for all print jobs, and 3.A job is sent that does not have a valid User code associated with it. Check Printing Preferences - Job Log.

Power the machine off and check that the PS3 SD card is fully locked in place (remove and reinstall it). While you have the SD card removed, clean the contacts on the card and the machine. Also check the firmware level of the PS3. If a Plockmatic Booklet Maker is attached and firmware is not 1.03 or later, PS print jobs can be dropped.
